Apple Music's new Connect feature allows you to follow your favorite artists and groups, similar to Facebook or Twitter. Only, so far Connect hasn't proven to be all that useful.
What is useful, however, is the new playlist feature in Apple Music. You can add playlists created by others to your Apple Music account, or create your own from and share them with your friends.
And because Apple really wants Connect to succeed, it's given the service a dedicated spot along the bottom of the Music app.
Thankfully, the simple act of disabling Connect on your iOS device replaces the tab with a shortcut to your Playlists. Here's what you need to do:
ScreeLaunch the Settings app on your iOS device. Tap on General followed by Restrictions.
If you've yet to set any restrictions on your device, tap on Enable Restrictions and enter a passcode. After restrictions are enabled, slide the switch located next to Apple Music Connect to the Off position.
Now go back to the Music app, where you should find that the Connect tab (second from the left) has been replaced with ever-so-useful Playlists option.
