Bethesda Softworks has released a teaser trailer for a reboot of the classic video game seriesDoom.

Check it out below.
Doom is one of the video games most responsible for the rise of the first person shooter genre. Developed by id Software, Doom put players in the shoes of a lone soldier battling the forces of Hell.
The latest installment of the franchise, Doom 3, was released in 2004. ZeniMax Media, the same company that owns Bethesda, acquired id in 2009.
This is the first time ever that Bethesda has had a showcase at E3, so it seems they really want to make a splash with the new Doom. This also raises new questions about Fallout 4, since many believed the showcase was intended to debut the new installment of Bethesda’s post-apocalyptic RPG series.
