The ship used in the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' movies has sunk off the coast of St Lucia.
The Brig Unicorn, which actually appeared as a number of different ships in the record-breaking movie series, was being sailed in for repairs.
But the huge vessel, built in 1948, was unable to withstand the journey and sank.
Though ten members of the ship's crew were on board at the time, all were rescued by the coast guard, and sustained no injuries.
The ship assumed the role of the Henrietta in the first movie, 'Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl', and the Terrashaw in 'Dead Man's Chest'.
It also appeared in the acclaimed 1970s drama series 'Roots'.
When it was not being used as a film set, it was a restaurant and bar which was moored in St Lucia's Rodney Bay.
There's no word yet on what caused the boat to sink, but it had been a much-loved tourist attraction for many years.
Johnny Depp will return as Captain Jack Sparrow for the latest in the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' series, which has grossed well in excess of £2 billion worldwide, due out in the summer of 2016.
Called 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales', it's being made by Norwegian directors Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg, who helmed acclaimed movie 'Kon-Tiki'.
Both Geoffrey Rush and Keith Richards are set to join Depp in reprising their roles, according to reports.
They start shooting in Puerto Rico and New Orleans at the end of the year.
