This Skin-Like Notebook Lets Amateur Tattoo Artist Screw Up On Its Pages And Not On An Actually Human

If there's one thing that these two guys have in common...... it has to be their questionable tattoos.

Clearly, some tattoo artists have not had much practice. But everyone has to start somewhere, right?

Even the world's greatest tattooists once were just mere beginners.

"I only practiced on oranges and stuff like that, maybe twice," says tattooist Gabriel Guida in the video below. "Then I grabbed a friend."
If we had to bet, chances are his debut attempts weren't masterpieces.

If amateur tattoo artists are going to screw up, they might as well do so on this sketchbook — and not a human body.

"The SkinBook" comes as a collaboration between Lew'Lara\TBWA, a Brazilian ad agency, and Tattoo Art Magazine, Gizmodo reports, bringing a revolution to the industry. It is made of artificial human-like skin, and each page depicts a different part of the human body — be it knuckles or lower back.
Wait... Does this mean no more amateur tattoos? It sure looks promising.
